Haplo and Dog

One of my favourite charecters ever, Haplo, and his pet dog. Theyre from 'The Death Gate Cycle' and to this day, ive never met anyone else whos read those books! If you have, do tell me!!

I drew this picture for a competition is school, and i entered today, and i cant imagine that ill win, but im even if i dont, im just happy that i was finally able to draw Haplo!!
to those who havnt read the books, haplo is a part of a race of magical beings called patryns, and he is completely covered with magical rune tattoos except from his face, soles of feet, palms of hands, and fingers. unfortunatly, the runes ive drawn make him look kinda wrinkly, but oh well lol

This looked a lot better before i scanned it, but im still pleased with it!
